  • Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Assembler Job Details:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 3+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Ability to read basic prints, instructions, and process sheets.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems (AS400 experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regular standing, walking, and use of hands for assembly tasks.
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Requires close attention to detail and visual focus.

How to attend

Please report to 200 National Drive, Vonore (enter the full address into your GPS). Upon arrival, check in at the guard house by calling 423-884-4792 and let them know you are there to interview with Staffmark. Parking is available in any open visitor spot or the employee parking lot. Our office is located immediately on the right once you enter.

Important Reminders: Bring 2 forms of ID Wear steel-toe shoes, jeans or work pants (no rips/tears), and a t-shirt.

This position is contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check We look forward to meeting you!

Plan to discuss your experience with a Staffmark recruiter, and possibly complete onboarding paperwork. Length of time in the office may range from 30-60 minutes.

Be prepared to tour the production facility.
