Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce safety-related content to support company initiatives and compliance efforts.
  • Capture project progress updates and jobsite highlights.
  • Create customer-facing videos that showcase Magnum Electric’s capabilities and expertise.
  • Support internal communications through video storytelling.

Filming & Content Capture

  • Travel to branch offices, jobsites, events, and training facilities as needed.
  • Operate professional video, audio, lighting, and drone equipment.
  • Conduct and record interviews with employees, leadership, customers, and project partners.
  • Capture compelling footage in construction, industrial, commercial, and office environments.
  • Ensure all filming activities comply with jobsite safety requirements.

Post-Production

  • Edit video footage into polished final products.
  • Create motion graphics, title sequences, animations, and visual effects as needed.
  • Manage color correction, audio mixing, and overall production quality.
  • Organize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries.
  • Deliver content in various formats optimized for web, social media, presentations, and internal use.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop content strategies and project priorities.
  • Collaborate with field employees, safety personnel, operations teams, and company leadership.
  • Assist in identifying and executing creative storytelling opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications:

Required

  • 3+ years of professional videography, video production, or content creation experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, audio, and storytelling techniques.
  • Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred

  • FAA Part 107 Drone License or ability to obtain certification.
  • Experience producing content in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or corporate environments.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles.
  • Experience filming interviews and documentary-style content.
  • Familiarity with drone photography and videography.

The successful candidate will help tell the Magnum Electric story through compelling video content that:

  • Attracts top talent.
  • Strengthens employee engagement.
