Job Description


Opportunity at a Glance


We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to assist in executing paid media creative, reporting, and campaign performance across multiple channels. This role is pivotal in shaping our creative strategy and calendar, optimizing ad performance, and collaborating with internal and external agency stakeholders to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly creative planning process for paid media campaigns.

  • Executes end‑to‑end go‑to‑market asset deployment, ensuring all creative materials are finalized, trafficked, and launched across digital and paid media channels to support campaign objectives.

  • Manage & evaluate asset performance and make data-driven decisions on what to add or remove.

  • Traffic new creative assets to media partners and manage launch timelines.

  • Develop insights and produce reports for leadership on campaign creative effectiveness in partnership with the agency, leveraging Google Analytics, platform analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to assess performance and optimize future strategy.

  • Analyze campaign performance data (CPA, CTR, ROAS) to drive creative strategy and budget allocation.

  • Design and execute A/B tests for ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

  • Lead internal ad copy creation and approval process leveraging AI tools for ideation and initial drafts.

  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure advertising standards are met.

  • Manage media budget invoicing and accruals to ensure accurate media spend and allocation

  • Ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.

  • Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all organizational policies and standards.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of recent marketing experience planning, creating, executing, and optimizing direct marketing and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Hands-on, in-platform experience across major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital media channels.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Self-starter with a "do whatever it takes" mentality, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with limited direction.

  • Demonstrated ability to launch initiatives, learn quickly, fail fast, iterate, and continuously improve performance based on data and outcomes.

  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels and stages of the marketing funnel.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.


Additional Information


In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $90,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
