Full job description
General Labor - New Albany
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Labor position to work with a leading manufacturer in the home fragrance industry in New Albany. These are full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunities where no prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Shift patterns:
- 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm
Pay rates:
- 14.00 USD hourly
Requirements for General Labor:
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work
- Able to handle strong smells
- Dependable and reliable
Role for General Labor:
- Pulling merchandise from shelves
- Preparing items for shipping
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Ensuring order accuracy
