Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of ICU/Critical Care RN experience (multi‑specialty preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• RN license (Single‑state or Compact)
• BLS required
• BSN preferred

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high‑acuity, evidence‑based care across ICU and IMCU units
• Rapidly assess and manage complex patient conditions
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support shared governance, performance improvement, and ongoing education
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to fellow nurses
