Overview
**SALARY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE**
Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/Account Manager for Personal Lines, where your expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this energetic role, you will leverage your insurance knowledge to provide tailored coverage solutions, manage client accounts, and foster long-term relationships. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills will help clients navigate their insurance needs confidently while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Personal Lines. Experience in Commercial lines as well would be a plus! We are looking for someone who enjoys building client relationships, providing excellent service, and helping clients protect what matters most.
Responsibilities:
-Service existing client accounts
-Review policies and make coverage recommendations
-Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and remarkets
-Quote and write new business
-Maintain accurate client records and documentation
-Work with multiple insurance carriers to provide the best solutions for clients
Qualifications:
-Active North Carolina Property & Casualty License
-Experience in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or both
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
