No prior travel industry experience is required. If you love travel, enjoy helping others, and are eager to learn, we provide the training, guidance, and support you need to get started and grow your travel business.

Responsibilities

• Plan and recommend travel experiences: Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, travel insurance, excursions, and activities tailored to each client's preferences and budget.
• Manage travel arrangements: Assist with reservations, confirm bookings, and coordinate changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: Support clients throughout the travel planning process and address questions, concerns, or unexpected issues promptly and professionally.
• Understand client needs: Communicate with clients to learn about their travel goals, preferences, expectations, and budgets.
• Provide accurate travel information: Share helpful guidance, recommendations, and resources to help clients make informed travel decisions.
• Stay informed: Keep up with travel trends, industry news, destination updates, and available travel opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team: Work alongside fellow consultants to share knowledge, answer client questions, and ensure every detail of the travel experience is handled with care.
• Coordinate travel details: Help ensure arrangements are organized, accurate, and completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• No prior travel industry experience is necessary.
