Come Join Our Amazing OT Team at TES Ohio!
Are you passionate about helping students build confidence and independence? Do you want a rewarding OT role with purpose and flexibility? This position can be part-time or full-time based on your availability.
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to make a difference every day in our partner schools (grades K–8). You’ll be hands-on in supporting students with the skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom — and you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that loves what they do.

Pay Range: $41.08 – $45.88/hr*

What You’ll Do

Help students develop fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills for school success

Work side-by-side with teachers, families, and staff to create supportive learning environments

Provide direct OT services (individual and group) as outlined in IEPs

Share your expertise by suggesting tools, strategies, and accommodations

Track progress, participate in IEP meetings, and celebrate wins with your team

Stay creative and bring fresh, evidence-based approaches to your work
✅ What We’re Looking For

Ohio License/Certification in Occupational Therapy

Ability to drive for work with appropriate auto insurance (25/50k liability coverage)

Clear background check (BCI/FBI)

Current TB test
