Full job description

We're expanding into an exciting new area focused on helping AI assistant models become more effective tools for engineering and technical professionals. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer - AI Trainer with hands-on industry experience to help train and evaluate advanced AI systems.

Responsibilities
  • Give AI chatbots complex mechanical engineering problems and evaluate their outputs
  • Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
  • Review and validate AI-generated engineering analysis, designs, and technical documentation for real-world applicability
Qualifications
  • Fluency in English
  • Detail-oriented
  • 2+ years of professional engineering experience
  • Knowledge of design engineering, dynamics and controls, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and related mechanical engineering concepts.
  • A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress)
