Sure Thing Cleaning is a growing local cleaning company serving Columbus and surrounding communities. We're looking for experienced, dependable independent cleaning contractors to help with residential homes and a growing number of recurring commercial accounts, including offices and other local businesses.

We're especially interested in cleaners who already know how to work efficiently, pay attention to detail, communicate professionally, and can be trusted to handle recurring clients consistently. Residential experience, commercial experience, or a combination of both can be a fit.

Residential payouts generally target approximately $25-$35 per hour depending on the type and difficulty of the work: around $25/hour equivalent for maintenance cleaning, $30/hour for Deep Cleans, and $35/hour for Move-In/Move-Out and more demanding jobs. Commercial payouts may vary based on the account, scope and frequency. Every opportunity has a fixed payout disclosed in advance before you decide whether to accept it.

Contractors set their availability and preferred service areas while Sure Thing Cleaning handles customer acquisition, booking, scheduling support and client communication. Strong performance can lead to more recurring work, higher-paying opportunities, bonuses, tips and increased responsibility as the company grows.

This is a good fit for an experienced cleaner who wants flexible work without having to find customers, manage advertising or handle the administrative side of running a cleaning business.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
