Canvassing Team Member

As a Canvassing Team Member, you'll work outdoors, meet new people every day, and help homeowners schedule free painting estimates for our team.
You're not selling paint jobs—you’re simply starting conversations and setting appointments.

What You'll Do
- Talk with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Schedule free painting estimates for our sales team
- Represent Prim Painting professionally
- Place neighborhood yard signs
- Track appointments using our mobile app
What You'll Need
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Your own vehicle to get to different areas and a drivers license
- The ability to comfortably walk 3+ miles per day
- The ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- A smartphone for using our mobile app
- Availability to work 20+ hours weekly
Independent Contractor (1099) Position
No marketing, canvassing, or sales experience is required. If you're dependable, friendly, and enjoy being active, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed.
