Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Full Time Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with hosting duties as needed, including seating guests and managing waitlists using OpenTable or similar systems.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Familiarity with food handling practices, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and customer service.
