We are searching for a strategic and analytical professional to join our Customer Care team as an Analyst, Customer Care Forecasts and Contracts. You will guide business decisions by managing forecasting activities, studying financial and workforce trends, and providing insights that support operational excellence and financial outcomes throughout our U.S. Customer Care organizations.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Customer Care forecasts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and central initiatives.

  • Examine financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities to deliver practical recommendations that aid business decision-making.

  • Coordinate vendor contract performance by validating billing accuracy, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

  • Deliver insights through analysis of workforce, operational, and financial data, supporting forecasting, staffing, and budget planning activities.

  • Partner with Customer Care leaders, Finance, Strategy, Legal, and external collaborators to support forecasting, reporting, compliance, and planning initiatives.

  • Challenge assumptions, evaluate business scenarios, and identify emerging risks to improve forecast accuracy and long-term planning.

  • Drive continuous improvement by improving forecasting methodologies, reporting processes, and data governance practices.

Who you are:

  • Related university degree or technical diploma accompanied by two to four years of experience OR an equivalent mix of formal education, certification, and experience. Preference is given to degrees or diplomas in business, finance, accounting, or a similar area.

  • Several years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar analytical position.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to convert insights into business recommendations.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and partner management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing or analyzing vendor contracts, invoices, and billing processes.

  • Knowledge of workforce planning, financial forecasting, and budget management practices.

  • Experience identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and cost drivers within large data sets.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based work environment.

  • Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).

Physical demands include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, and lifting objects weighing up to 20 pounds with light to moderate effort. Reaching above the shoulder, performing repetitive motions, typing, sitting, and standing. Visual abilities include seeing screens, recognizing color codes, and reading fine print. Hearing is required, along with the capacity to remain seated at a computer for extended periods.

Mental Requirements encompass but are not limited to:

Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral or written instructions or other information. Understand complex problems and work with others to explore alternative solutions. Coordinate thoughts and ideas into clear terms. Prioritize and coordinate a short-term work schedule. Make decisions with moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor effects beyond it. Understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines. Complete routine forms and compose letters, outlines, memoranda, and basic reports. Communicate with individuals by telephone.

Salary:

  • Ranges from $65,800 – $87,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
