Escrow Officer | First American Title - Ohio (Dublin, Westerville, Easton/Columbus) At First American Title, we don’t just close transactions - we build confidence at every step of the real estate journey. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and seamless closings. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational precision with strong relationship management and sound decision-making.

What You’ll Do

  • Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions
  • Ensure the accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of escrow funds
  • Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
  • Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings
