Key Responsibilities:

• Source, appraise, and manage a high-quality used vehicle inventory tailored to Midlothian market demand
• Develop competitive pricing strategies to maximize profitability and inventory turnover
• Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing used car sales team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with a diverse clientele
• Create and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns for pre-owned vehicles
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven strategies

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in used car management or similar leadership role within automotive retail
