    Full job description

    Under the direction of the IT Director, is responsible for performing network, server and desktop support. This includes but is not limited to network configuration and administration duties, server monitoring, security event monitoring and remediation, Active Directory management, software distribution, hardware installation, miscellaneous troubleshooting and assisting the IT Director on special projects. Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors and employees, troubleshoot related issues, and resolve problems in an efficient and timely manner.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Network administration and support
    • Active Directory management
    • Security event management
    • Software Distribution
    • Responsible for computer setup and configuration
    • Responsible for configuring

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Network hardware/software experience
    • Active Directory experience
    • Microsoft Windows and M365 experience
    • Experience in PC maintenance and repair
    • Experience with network printers and scanners
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work flexible schedules with occasional overtime
