SEASONAL Positions April 1st to November 15th

Looking for Outside Staff Managers and Leads to be part of the Jefferson Country Club team. The Outside staff are the first point of contact with our members and guests. The Outside Staff are responsible for providing all members and their guests consistent first-class service in a friendly manner. They must adhere to our club standards, goals, and objectives set for the by Jefferson Country Club. Prefer someone with the basic knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations.

Experience Required

· Prior experience in golf operations, however, willing to train the right individual

· Background as a golfer helpful

· Position requires significant amount of walking, running, lifting, bending, and standing

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

· Must be able to manage their daily responsibilities in a timely manner

· Assist with golf cart fleet including proper cleaning, charging, and basic maintenance

· Maintain golf staging areas, cart barn, and practice facilities

· Assist members and their guests with the golf bags to and from parking lot

· Post-round, clean members and guests golf clubs and insure all headcovers are on proper clubs, members/guests retrieve all personal belongings, and proper storage of members golf bags.

· Develop member name recognition skills

· Communicate problems immediately to Golf Professional Staff to ensure timely resolutions

· Other duties willingly performed as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.37 per hour
