Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food from our mobile kitchen. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area.
• Take customer orders accurately using the cash register or POS system.
• Handle cash and process payments efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell additional products.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or grocery store setting is preferred But not required.
• Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential Or ability to learn.
• Strong culinary skills with an ability to prepare various food items quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Is a necessity.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
