Work environment: Jacksonville site is unique; we are an electronics manufacturing, repair, and overhaul of engine ignition systems (exciters, leads, igniters), speed sensors, and harnesses.
Essential Responsibilities
-
Ability to follow written work instructions, processes, and procedures.
-
Perform visual and basic measurement inspections of parts subsequent to assembly steps.
-
Conduct functional tests using a variety of equipment to verify accuracy and functionality (e.g., electrical, helium, and leak tests).
-
Read and interpret dimensional measurements using tools such as calipers and scales, and complete dimensional training to demonstrate proficiency.
-
Proficient in assembly processes, including cutting, stripping, and crimping wire, and operating test equipment.
-
Ability to work with hazardous materials and use a wide variety of hand and power tools, as well as learn and use complex tools and equipment.

Hold certifications in high reliability soldering, solder inspection, and Class I and II weld inspection, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications/Requirements

One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent assembly experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift up to 25lbs

This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
