Purchasing a Smart Sourcing Subscription and Contacts

1. Sign in to your employer account on Indeed, or create one if you don’t have one yet.
2. Go to Smart Sourcing Plans and Pricing.
3. Review the features of the available subscription types and select Buy now.
4. Select billing cycle.
5. Enter the Quantity of subscriptions you'd like. Each team member will need their own subscription to contact candidates.
6. Select Review order.
7. Confirm the details and tick the box under Order Total.
8. Place order.

1. Go to your Smart Sourcing dashboard.
2. Choose Select a job from the top banner or after searching for a job.
3. You’ll see the Welcome to Sourcing Assistant window. 
4. Follow the instructions to set up the assistant.

2. Scroll down and select the three dots next to the subscription you want to buy contacts for.
3. Select Buy contacts.
4. Enter the number of contacts you'd like to buy.
5. Confirm the details and Place order.

Question: How do I contact candidates using Smart Sourcing?

Answer: You need to assign a Smart Sourcing subscription before you can add or contact candidates. To learn how, see How To Assign a Smart Sourcing Subscription.

Question: Do my Smart Sourcing contacts expire?

Answer: Yes. For annual subscriptions paid upfront, contacts expire 12 months from when they are added. For annual subscriptions billed monthly, each monthly batch of contacts will expire after 6 months.

Question: How do I transfer contacts to another user?

Answer: You can only move contacts to your shared pool or to someone with a Professional subscription. Here's how:

1. Go to your Subscriptions page.
2. Scroll down to Subscriptions and click the three dots next to the one you want.
3. Choose the user you want to move contacts from.
4. Choose the user or shared pool you want to move the contacts to.
