Full job description

Executive Assistant to Leadership

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Platinum Properties
Location: Mobile County, Alabama (Hybrid)

This is not your average assistant role.

We are seeking a highly skilled, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in a fast-paced, high-performance real estate environment.

This role is for someone who thrives behind the scenes—making things happen, solving problems, and elevating everyone around them. If you are the person others rely on to “figure it out,” anticipate needs before they arise, and execute at a high level without hand-holding, this may be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

This is a dynamic, ever-evolving role where no two days are the same. You will be the go-to support system for leadership, stepping in wherever needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Executive-level administrative support
  • Data entry, organization, and workflow management
  • Errands and on-site support when needed
  • Event planning and coordination
  • Light bookkeeping and expense tracking
  • Document creation and contract/administrative support
  • Travel planning and scheduling
  • Making calls and handling communications
  • Social media management and marketing support
  • Assisting with video-based content (recording, coordinating, or being on camera as needed)
  • Identifying gaps and taking initiative without being asked

Scope of the Role

This position is designed to flex with the needs of leadership and the business.

While the responsibilities listed above provide a strong foundation, this is not a fixed or limited task list. As our company grows and evolves, so will this role.

In simple terms:
If a task supports leadership, improves operations, or moves the company forward, it falls within the scope of this position.

We are looking for someone who embraces that level of ownership and sees it as an opportunity, not a burden.

Turning Vision Into Reality

Our leadership team operates with big ideas, bold goals, and constant momentum—and we need someone who can help bring those ideas to life.

You will be expected to:

  • Take high-level direction or concepts and translate them into actionable plans
  • Help organize, prioritize, and execute projects from start to finish
  • Fill in the gaps when details are not fully defined
  • Keep momentum moving forward without constant oversight

If leadership says, “Here’s the vision,” your instinct should be:
“I will figure out how to make this happen.”

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy beyond question (this is critical)
  • A self-starter who takes initiative without direction
  • Comfortable in high-stress, fast-moving environments
  • Solutions-driven—you find answers, not excuses
  • Able to pivot quickly and handle pressure professionally
  • A natural problem solver who does not get overwhelmed easily
  • Comfortable with video and willing to participate in or support video content creation as part of marketing efforts
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting others and helping them succeed

You should be the type of person who sees something falling through the cracks and steps in to fix it before anyone notices.

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • Canva
  • Social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
