Hotel Bourre Bonne is seeking an energetic, reliable, and team-oriented Rooftop Barback to support our rooftop bar operations. The Barback will work closely with bartenders and the service team to ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, organized, and ready to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders with opening, service, and closing duties.
• Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and other supplies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar and service area.
• Replenish supplies throughout service and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Collect and clear empty glasses, bottles, and trash.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing beverage deliveries.
• Help maintain a smooth and efficient operation during high-volume service.
• Follow all hotel, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or bar experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry bar supplies.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
