OOC seeks a data enthusiast to work on our data team for our 2026 voter engagement and organizing programs.
Position Details
Part-time (20 hours/week) through November 2026. The schedule will be flexible, with some set weekly meetings and training during normal business hours. Some evening and weekend work may be required. This is a remote position that does not require you to be in-office daily, but some in-person training and events will be required in Ohio.

They must be self-starters and able to remain on task for their deliverables without being in an office setting. They must also be organized and self-motivated. They are also willing to ask questions if their program goals or how to obtain them are unclear.
They must be reachable during working hours by the Data Director.
They will be responsible for attending training and regular meetings. If unable to attend these, they may be asked to leave the program.
Additionally, they will be expected to fill out a nightly reporting form. This form is critical to track progress, get feedback on the program, and allow us to provide support where needed. This form is part of their work and should be completed before wrapping up for the day.
They must have access to a strong, reliable internet in their work setting.
Compensation: $25 per hr / $500 per week
