Job Overview
Join our vibrant team as a Part-Time Chocolate Advisor, where your passion for premium confections and exceptional customer service will shine! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things chocolate, guiding customers through our delicious product offerings, sharing your knowledge, and creating memorable shopping experiences. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help customers discover their perfect sweet treat while ensuring the store remains inviting, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised. Job Hours
Have a manageable work/life balance with our accommodating retail hours! We are open Monday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm, and on Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm. Weekend and holiday availability is required, although we are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering personalized chocolate recommendations.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for sales.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for chocolate and customer interaction is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions.
