We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team and drive the successful planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities

• Lead project scheduling efforts to develop detailed timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for civil engineering projects.
• Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation to produce accurate schematics, design drawings, and technical reports.
• Manage construction management activities including permitting phases, construction inspection, and site supervision to ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.
• Conduct hydrological modeling using tools like SWMM, HEC-RAS, Hydrologic analysis tools, and GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and GIS software to support stormwater management and water system designs.
• Prepare comprehensive technical engineering reports covering geotechnical assessments, hydrologic analyses, system design proposals, and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate permitting processes and ensure project approvals are obtained efficiently.
• Oversee project documentation including schematics, technical writing reports, construction estimates, and progress updates while managing project schedules using project scheduling software.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in civil infrastructure projects involving stormwater systems, water treatment facilities, wastewater systems, land surveying activities, and system design projects.

Experience

• Proven experience managing civil engineering projects from conception through completion with a strong focus on construction management and inspection.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Revit for drafting and design purposes.
• Hands-on experience with hydrological modeling tools like SWMM or HEC-RAS for stormwater system analysis.
• Familiarity with GIS platforms including ArcGIS for spatial data analysis related to land development or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of permitting phases involving local authorities and regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals efficiently.
• Strong background in civil infrastructure design including stormwater management systems, hydraulics calculations, geotechnical considerations, and water/wastewater treatment processes.
• Ability to generate detailed technical reports and communicate complex engineering concepts clearly to clients and team members.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality control and safety compliance.
