Reports To: Company President or other Executive members depending on the role

Job Type: Full-Time. Mon – Fri. Occasional Saturdays. No Sundays ever.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $60,000 - $100,000 annual starting salary / Full-time plus overtime

What You May Be Involved In (Based on Role & Placement):

• Provide customer service in-person, over the phone, or online depending on assignment
• Support daily operations in areas such as customer support, sales, or administrative tasks
• Assist with marketing, advertising, or branding efforts, including social media and online presence
• Help build and maintain customer relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• Contribute to outreach efforts such as lead generation, research, and follow-up
• Assist with scheduling, logistics, coordination, and general organization of day-to-day activities
• Support operational needs on-site, including hands-on or project-based work when required
• Proactively source new consumers, suppliers, and create new opportunities through lead generation, referrals, cold calling etc.
• Create customized solutions and business plans to meet customer needs and achieve departmental/business unit goals.
• Build profitable relationships with customers - Diligently maintain those relationships once business commences.
• Professionally represent the company at entertaining events and outings - Occasional Client entertaining – meals, sporting events, etc.
• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and always demonstrate superior customer service to all customers and business partners.
• Participate in research, problem-solving, and special projects as needed
• Maintain a professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach in all responsibilities
• Take on additional duties based on business needs and individual strengths

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Team oriented
• Sales, customer service, marketing, or operational experience is a plus
• Have strong math skills as well as numerical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work in different environments (office, on-site, or customer-facing) depending on role placement
• Present exceedingly well and professionally
• Be highly competitive, goal-oriented and effective in dealing with conflict
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person, over the phone, or online
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly
• Organized with good attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
