Position Overview
Jeanes Mental Health Services, LLC is a fully virtual, HIPAA-compliant psychotherapy practice serving clients throughout Georgia and North Carolina. We are seeking motivated independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) who are committed to developing strong clinical skills, practicing evidence-based psychotherapy, and working within a supportive training environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy services through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
• Treat a variety of clinical concerns, including PTSD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, adjustment disorders, relationship concerns, and trauma-related conditions.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and maintain treatment fidelity.
• Educate clients regarding coping strategies, prevention, and wellness practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated.
• Complete accurate, concise, and timely documentation within TherapyNotes.
• Participate in supervision (as needed), case consultation, trainings, and collaborative treatment planning.
• Maintain established clinical productivity and documentation standards while prioritizing ethical, patient-centered care.

Schedule & Clinical Productivity Expectations

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of established weekly availability, with flexibility in scheduling and a preference for evening availability. Our clinical productivity expectations include:

• Productivity expectation of 24 completed sessions per week, with approximately 27 appointments scheduled weekly to account for cancellations and no-shows, measured on a quarterly basis.
• Documentation: Timely and accurate completion of all required clinical documentation.
• Clinical Participation: Active engagement in required supervision, trainings, and case consultations.

JMHS provides administrative, scheduling, credentialing, and referral support to help clinicians maintain consistent caseloads and meet productivity expectations.

Position Details

• Employment Classification: Full-Time, W-2 Employee; salaried classification and overtime-exempt status determined in accordance with applicable law.
• Compensation: $55,000–85,000 annually
• Payroll: Biweekly
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: 40 hours of established weekly availability, with evening availability preferred.
• Productivity: 24 completed billable encounters per week, with 27 scheduled, averaged quarterly.
• Bonus Eligibility: Discretionary annual performance bonus based on KPIs and practice financial performance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia and/or North Carolina
• Candidates must be eligible to obtain licensure in both Georgia and North Carolina. JMHS will assist selected clinicians with this process as needed.
• Strong interest in evidence-based psychotherapy and clinical excellence.
• Ability to work independently while participating in supervision and collaborative consultation.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
