About the Role:

Velofix is seeking an experienced Senior Bike Mechanic to join our team. This role is much more than a traditional bike mechanic—it's about representing our brand, providing exceptional service, and encouraging people to ride more.

As a mobile bike technician, you’ll be on the road with our state-of-the-art Mobile Bike Shop, visiting customers at their homes, workplaces, and events. You’ll perform bike servicing and repairs, new bike deliveries, and promote Velofix at local happenings—all while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain your Mobile Bike Shop van
  • Perform bike repairs, tune-ups, and fittings
  • Engage directly with customers in the field, delivering outstanding service
  • Make equipment or part deliveries as needed
  • Support and represent Velofix at local events
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
  • Manage daily schedules and service logs

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends (with advance notice)
  • Prior experience as a bicycle mechanic or technician is a must
