PNE Pizza is looking for a motivated and dependable Crew Leader to help lead daily store operations. You’ll supervise shifts, support and train team members, maintain food quality and safety standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and assign team members to stations
• Support, coach, and train Crew Members
• Maintain food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and labor scheduling
• Complete assigned administrative and cash-handling duties
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
• Follow all company policies and food-safety requirements

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift as needed
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle for approved work-related duties when required
• Ability to follow company uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards

Pay: Up to $19.50 per hour
