Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating dump trucks to transport materials to various job sites. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to transportation regulations. Candidates with experience in truck driving, route driving, and load & unload operations are encouraged to apply. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering quality service. Keep in mind that all of our units are manual so we are looking for someone who can operate a manual vehicle.

Duties

  • MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE MANUAL VEHICLE
  • Operate dump trucks and other heavy-duty vehicles such as roll-off trucks and tractor-trailers with manual transmission.
  • Safely load and unload freight, materials, or debris at designated locations.
  • Drive route schedules efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and cargo details.
  • Assist with loading and securing freight, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or freight containers as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal safety and that of others on the road or job site.

Requirements

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
  • Proven experience in truck driving
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Reliable work ethic with a focus on punctuality and safety compliance. This position is vital for maintaining efficient logistics operations within our organization while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism are upheld at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $2,500.00 per week
