We are seeking applicants who have Sunday and 3:00PM - 11:30PM availability.

Summary:

The Service Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the daily activities of the Service Team, maintaining vehicle readiness, and ensuring team members complete assigned duties efficiently and according to company standards. This position combines hands-on vehicle preparation, team coordination, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, guidance, and support to Service Agents throughout the shift, ensuring daily assignments and priorities are completed.
• Monitor vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and overall presentation to ensure vehicles meet company standards before being released to customers.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, cleaning, staging, and movement to support timely vehicle availability.
• Interact professionally with customers during vehicle pick-up and return, assisting with questions or concerns as needed.
• Perform and oversee vehicle cleaning, including vacuuming, shampooing, washing, and other preparation as needed.
• Ensure vehicles receive proper fluid checks, tire inspections, and basic maintenance inspections.
• Verify vehicle documentation, including registration, plates, and stickers.
• Coordinate with Rental and Fleet teams regarding vehicle availability, service needs, priorities, and operational concerns.
• Communicate shift updates, outstanding tasks, and vehicle-related concerns to the appropriate supervisors and departments.
• Help maintain an organized work area and adequate inventory of cleaning and vehicle supplies.
• Lead by example through reliability, accountability, teamwork, and adherence to company procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must possess a valid Guam Driver's License.
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Previous service, fleet, or vehicle rental experience preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and ability to provide direction and support to team members.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced airport environment.

Rate: Based on education, experience, and schedule availability.
