Thomas Bergman

Thomas Bergman is VP Product, Matching & Sourcing at Indeed, where he leads product strategy focused on connecting job seekers with the right opportunities.

Thomas joined Indeed in 2010 and has played a central role in modernizing Indeed’s matching platform, simplifying and unifying systems, advancing relevance scoring, and bringing new capabilities to market.

Prior to this role Thomas also served as Japan Country Manager for Indeed, VP of Product at Berlin based Travel Startup Hometogo, and as a Financial Services Recruiter in Tokyo.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Japanese from the University of Washington, and also studied Japanese Literature and International Politics at Aoyama Gakuin University.
