Practice Overview
- Maintain your existing endocrinology practice while serving as a Sub-or-Principal Investigator for clinical research studies.
- Focus on diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic disease trials using your established patient population.
- Dedicated research coordinators and regulatory specialists handle study operations, allowing you to focus on patients and protocol oversight.
- Option to conduct research visits at a local research facility if conveniently located.
Schedule
- Part-time, flexible arrangement designed to complement your existing clinical practice.
- Continue your regular patient schedule while identifying eligible participants for active studies.
- Participate in protocol visits, safety oversight, and study-related responsibilities as needed.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional time-sensitive enrollment periods during active trials.
Compensation & Benefits
- Revenue-sharing model with Principal Investigator compensation of approximately 15-20% of study revenue.
- Opportunity to generate an estimated $150,000-$300,000+ in additional annual income based on study participation.
- No cap on earning potential, with compensation directly tied to research activity and enrollment.

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology.
- Established outpatient practice with a patient population that includes diabetes, thyroid, and metabolic conditions.
- Prior clinical research experience is not required.
- Physicians with an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in expanding their practice through research are encouraged to apply.
