Edwardsburg Cannabis Budtender / Cannabis Dispensary Budtender

Location: 69411 M-62 Edwardsburg, MI 49122
Pay: $15/hour Plus Tips
Schedule: Full-Time Retail Schedule Including Nights and Weekends
Position: Full-Time Budtender

We are actively hiring Budtenders / Cannabis Retail Associates to join our NOBO Edwardsburg dispensary team. This role focuses on customer service, cannabis product education, and retail sales while ensuring full compliance with Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) regulations.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and create a friendly dispensary environment
• Verify customer identification and purchase eligibility
• Educate customers on cannabis products and consumption methods
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience

Retail Sales & Operations

• Process transactions using the Dutchie POS system
• Maintain clean and organized product displays
• Restock products and maintain inventory presentation
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support the Shift Lead or Manager on duty during busy periods

Compliance & Security

• Ensure all guests meet Michigan CRA entry requirements
  
  
• Verify identification before allowing access to the sales floor
  
  
• Follow all dispensary security procedures
  
  
• Communicate with management regarding any compliance concerns
  
  
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Michigan CRA Agent Registration
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Experience

• Retail sales or customer service experience
• Cannabis dispensary or budtender experience
• Knowledge of cannabis products and strains
• Experience with Dutchie POS system and METRC

Physical Requirements
