About the Role:
At Party City, we help customers celebrate life’s special moments — and our Team Members make it all possible! We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy fast-paced retail and love helping people party.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with balloons, costumes, decorations, and party supplies
- Operate registers and handle transactions accurately
- Inflate balloons and create custom bouquets
- Restock shelves and keep the store looking great
- Help with seasonal setups and product displays
- Ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
