Box Truck Driver – Ohio Residents Only

Join our dynamic team as a Box Truck Driver and help deliver freight safely and efficiently across designated routes. We are currently seeking a dependable driver who resides in Ohio and holds a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

In this role, you will operate commercial vehicles, complete scheduled deliveries, assist with loading and unloading freight, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Drivers will receive 20% of the total amount earned for each completed drop-off load.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Ohio.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle being operated.
• Must have a clean or acceptable driving record.
• Previous commercial driving, delivery, or freight-handling experience is preferred.
• Must understand applicable federal, state, and local commercial driving regulations.
• Must be able to safely load, unload, secure, and transport freight.
• Experience operating manual-transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other approved commercial vehicles to transport freight along assigned routes.
• Complete deliveries accurately, safely, and according to schedule.
• Load and unload cargo using proper handling procedures and equipment when necessary.
• Secure freight appropriately to prevent shifting or damage during transportation.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Verify freight against shipping documents and delivery manifests before departure and upon arrival.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delivery progress, delays, vehicle concerns, or other issues.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs, delivery records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
• Follow all company safety procedures and commercial driving regulations.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers at each delivery location.
