Job Title: Warranty Processor – Automotive Recalls & Field Operations

Location: [Insert Location]
Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: Tues-Fri (12-8) & Sat (10am-6pm) - OR - Sun(10am-6pm) & Mon-Thu (12-8pm) {4 week days and one weekend day}
**Training will be M-F 9am-5pm

About Us:
We specialize in high-volume automotive recall, warranty repair, and pre-delivery inspection (PDI) services across dealerships and auto auctions nationwide. Our operation includes both traveling technician teams and local field teams, requiring strong coordination, accuracy, and speed to keep projects moving and claims flowing.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Warranty Processor who can operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting both auction-based and mobile recall operations. This role is critical in ensuring all warranty claims are submitted accurately, tracked properly, and paid without delays.

This is not a passive data-entry role—you’ll be working closely with technicians, production managers, and manufacturers to keep jobs moving and revenue coming in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume warranty and recall claims across multiple locations (auctions, dealerships, mobile sites)
  • Review technician documentation (ROs, VIN lists, photos, repair details) for accuracy and compliance
  • Submit claims through manufacturer systems (OEM portals) and ensure proper coding and labor ops
  • Track claim status and proactively resolve rejections, chargebacks, and delays
  • Communicate daily with travel teams and local technicians to correct missing or incorrect information
  • Maintain organized tracking of open, submitted, and paid claims
  • Support production by ensuring completed work is properly documented and billable
  • Identify trends in denials or errors and help improve internal processes
  • Assist with coordinating claim documentation for large-scale recall projects (100+ units at a time)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in automotive warranty processing, service admin, or dealership operations
  • Ability to handle high claim volume without sacrificing accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail—small errors = lost revenue in this role
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, spreadsheets, and VIN-level tracking
  • Strong communication skills—you’ll be working directly with technicians and management daily
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple jobs across different locations

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with OEM warranty systems (Mopar, Ford, GM, etc.)
  • Experience supporting recall campaigns or auction work (Manheim, ADESA, etc.)
  • Background working with mobile repair teams or multi-site operations
  • Understanding of labor operations, claim coding, and compliance requirements

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Claims are submitted quickly, cleanly, and correctly the first time
  • Minimal rejections or payment delays
  • Strong communication flow between office and field teams
  • Completed work is consistently turned into captured revenue

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding recall operation
  • High-impact role directly tied to company revenue
  • Supportive, fast-moving team environment
  • [Add benefits: PTO, health insurance, etc.]

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

Work Location: In person
