Barrington Group Inc., a well-established and growing property management company with over 50 years of success, is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional/Assistant Manager to join our team. This position requires weekend availability and a strong commitment to delivering results.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the first impression of the community and the driving force behind occupancy. From touring prospects and closing leases to managing resident relationships and supporting marketing efforts, you’ll play a key role in the overall success of the property.

What We’re Looking For:

• Manage daily leasing activities including tours, applications, and resident follow-up
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with rent collections, lease renewals, and delinquency management
• Maintain accurate resident and property records using Yardi Voyager
• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations and reporting
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to maintain strong occupancy
