Stressful good flexibility, but their commission structure has gotten worse over the years. They expect a lot with little return or reward they throw you in.

OK place to work

Thryv is an OK place to work. Good benefits, but if you have a bad quarter, you are out of a job, regardless of your years of service.Management was good as far as RVPs but some team managers weren't readily available when help or coaching was requested.

Not the worst, just tough to keep at it

The job isn't that hard, but it does seem like certain systems fail continuously leaving you discouraged. Management is good and supportive, but I think that's a more case by case basis. Decent training and growth chances, even if the pay is a little lower than I think it should be....Show more
