Reviews about Pay and benefits for Customer Service Representative in JetBlue

September 15, 2023

Not so bad

Good health, insurance and company match on the 401(k). Training seem to be an issue and policies were always changing. Customer service is a hard job when you get yelled at by customers all day long.

Great experience

Job isn’t well pay but the travel benefits are amazing. You have to be flexible with hours since the shifts change accordingly with the flights schedule.
