Could do better

Job not for everyone…I won’t bash them but they could do better. Some safety issues mad it harder to want to work for them. Management could be better. Should work on their people skills.

Structure needs to be made

Told to get work by certain time then wait hrs for a truck an expected to still work as if you hadn’t already been sitting for hrs to get a truck , or you get to work truck is there but load is still being built. Production non fun place

Nights only workNo weekends off Hard work not recognized nor appreciated Pay not predictable nor guaranteed Better equipment first come first servedIf single with no kids go for it
