long hours, guaranteed overtime. pay is decent too it can be decently demanding because the trainees do part of every job. pretty nice environment, good people for the most part

It’s what you make it
Manager Trainee
It’s hard work. Pay isn’t great, but if you have a A good group of people at your location it can be a good place to work. Working weekends isn’t that great, but there’s a very high ceiling if you move up within the company. Great for somebody who is single and has a lot of flexibility.
