No Work-Life Balance

JetBlue is great at promoting from within - I was able to experience many levels of the company following an entry-level role. Unfortunately, once in an analyst (and above) position, the demands are completely unrealistic and multiple teams work upwards of 14-16 hours daily (and a LOT on weekends)...Show more
