Short staffed but great co workers. Poor pay and benefits aren't the best. Managers are great to work with. Would stay if the pay was better for the area.

High turnover rate in our department. Short staffed. Great teamwork among fellow employees, even when working 16 to 20 hours without a lunch break. Good opportunity for overtime
