Store Management is very supportive

The immediate management of the store is great but the overall support of the company is not good. Customer service is not good, no support for salespeople with customer issues. Competitive Environment

Working for Cardis isn’t so bad just be aware if you are in sales it can be very competitive. Expect to work on Holidays. Pay is commission based which means your paycheck varies from week to week. Working here is like working in a prison

You are just a number at this company. Management does not help the sales staff. It’s a cutthroat sales floor. They took away bonuses and any incentives. Cut our commissions in half, require you to work nights weekends and holidays. And take away from the employees any chance they can. Terrible company...Show more
