Productive and easy going job in general.

The company does not pay well enough compared to the amount of work you are doing; especially if you know what you are doing and are a hard worker. However, its a good first job because the store is small and you can learn the basics of every operation.

Needs better pay.

The pay is good if you're straight out of high school needing a job but not if you need a living wage. Lots of turnover because of this fact. District managers make your life feel worthless....Show more

Great culture, horrible pay

I enjoyed working with my co workers but I did not like the low pay. I could barely pay my bills with the income. My employees helped balance that out by being my work family....Show more
