Enjoyed the job, but I did not appreciate the threatening management style. I worked for Lowe's for over 20 years in multiple management roles. Stressed by upper management constantly- but there are rewarding segments.

Work life balance is poor- and advancement is rarely based on performance. Every store has unique challenges but there is very little support in over coming them.
