Good place to work. But limited on moving up. Which is good because people like working for this company

Love Wave. But little moving up. Good pay with good work ethic. Once a year raise but commission is what you want to work for. Usually for me, which i am not much of seller, average for me is around 400.00 to 500.00 could be more if i tried....Show more

Call Center

Overtime is worked into your regular schedule, about 15 minutes. A very tedious and repetitive position. I no longer work here due to scheduling conflicts. The only way to get a different schedule is to get another employe willing to trade with you....Show more

Fun work place. Management easily engage able.

Over all a good company to work for. However not many opportunists for advancement due to job openings not becoming available frequently, when they did become available a decent amount of people applied.
