Poor Management

This job requires a lot of flexibility and the willingness to not get compensated for all the work that you do. The kids are great. Management is awful. No room to grow....Show more

Hardest part of the job

Not enough hours or money to pay essential bills. Kids are awesome. If you are a single parent as am I, then 20 hours at this pay rate is not going to pay the bills....Show more
