About the position/company:
This position is for telehealth, in-person, or a hybrid therapist. Our clinicians choose their work location.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatrist to join our clinical care team. In this senior-level role in which you will not only provide direct patient care but also serve as a supervisor for a clinical care team, ensuring consistency and collaboration in the treatment of our patients. The clinical care team is an important component of the integrative care model we are moving towards. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional looking to make a significant impact in the field of mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment for patients.
- Serve as the senior-level supervisor for the clinical care team, providing guidance and support to team members. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss patient care.
- Oversee collaboration among providers within the clinical care team to ensure consistent and coordinated treatment for patients.
- Review and sign off on the documentation for providers on the clinical care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
- An active license to practice in the state of Ohio
- A working knowledge of theories and practices
- An ability to build and maintain professional helping relationships
- An ability to relate and communicate with diverse populations and groups
- A resiliency along with an ability to assess situations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
